About OTW Technology
OTW Technology is seeking an experienced and capable Sales and Marketing Manager to join our business in Broadmeadows VIC. The position is required to support the company’s business growth, client development, sales strategy, marketing planning and market expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and marketing functions, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, promoting the company’s products and services, and supporting the company’s long-term commercial objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, customer base and market presence. Identify new business opportunities, target markets, potential clients and partnership channels. Plan and manage marketing campaigns, advertising activities, digital promotions and customer engagement initiatives. Conduct market research to analyse customer needs, competitor activity, market trends and business opportunities. Develop pricing strategies, sales proposals, promotional materials and business development plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, business partners and key stakeholders. Manage customer enquiries, sales leads, quotations and commercial negotiations. Set sales targets, monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Review the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and recommend improvements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and delivered. Support brand development, customer retention and long-term business growth. Represent the company at meetings, industry events, networking functions and promotional activities where required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, marketing campaigns and customer interactions.
Key Selection Criteria
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development or a similar management role. Experience in the technology, digital, IT, telecommunications or related commercial sector will be highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and achieve business growth targets. Strong understanding of marketing channels, customer engagement, market research and promotional planning. Proven experience in client relationship management, negotiation and business development. Ability to prepare sales reports, marketing plans, forecasts and business proposals. Strong communication, leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a busy business environment.
