As an OOSHC Educator, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where school aged children can relax, play, learn and thrive.
Working before school, after school and during vacation care programs, you’ll support children through experiences that encourage wellbeing, creativity, independence and social connection, aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework for School Age Care.
Create and facilitate engaging activities based on children’s interests
Support children’s learning, wellbeing and development through play
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Encourage children’s voice, choice and participation
Supervise children in a safe and supportive environment
Contribute to high quality programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
Assist in maintaining a safe, welcoming and inclusive service
We’ll love working with you if you’re someone who:

Is committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion
Wants to help create memorable experiences for children
Current Working with Children Check
Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) – or willingness to obtain
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
OOSHC, School Age Care, Early Childhood Education or Children’s Services qualifications
Experience working with school aged children
CHCPRT025 Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk
