In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering high quality employment contract services across Transport for NSW.
This role will see you
support in preparation of offer letters and employment contracts while ensuring efficient, compliant processing of employment documentation and facilitating separation procedures in line with organisational policies.
Coordinate and manage the allocation of employment contract tasks across the team, ensuring timely actioning of requests received through multiple inboxes and channels.
Monitor and triage incoming employment offer requests to prioritise workload, maintain service standards, and support efficient end-to-end contract processing.
Prepare and generate offer letters for volume recruitment campaigns within strict timeframes, initiate and complete pre-employment checks in line with policy requirements, and compile final documentation for return to the requestor.
Action and process senior executive estimates in accordance with contractual requirements and support onboarding submissions by coordinating documentation and monitoring progress
Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

About you
Solid understanding of HR processes, policies and compliance frameworks.
High level attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes under pressure.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
Proficiency in HR systems including SAP, SuccessFactors, Objective, and ServiceNow.
