As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate to develop practical engineering experience while working alongside experienced engineers on exciting renewable energy and electrical infrastructure projects.
You will gain exposure to all stages of project delivery, including engineering design, site inspections, project management, commissioning, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of electrical systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Support the design of Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
- Prepare electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable schedules and technical documentation.
- Perform engineering calculations including cable sizing, protection coordination, voltage drop and load analysis.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare engineering reports.
- Assist with project planning, procurement and commissioning activities.
- Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation and client proposals.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and network service providers.
- Ensure designs comply with Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and relevant regulations.
- Support senior engineers throughout project delivery.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (completed or graduating soon)
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current Australian driver's licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian work rights

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
