Key Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, reports, and case files
Manage appointments, meetings, emails, and calendars
Maintain accurate and confidential client and legal records
Assist with legal research, filings, and document preparation
Liaise with clients, solicitors, courts, and external parties
Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience in legal administration or a similar role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software
Pay: $71,000.00 per year
