About the Role:
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with recruitment experience and a commitment to excellence? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-volume recruitment environment while supporting stakeholders across the organisation.
As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will participate in a phone roster, provide advice and support to internal and external stakeholders, and act as an escalation point for junior staff. You will coordinate and facilitate the recruitment and onboarding of nursing and midwifery staff, support the induction and training of new team members, and develop strong capability across key systems, including Chris21, Taleo, SharePoint, HRSD, Excel, Squiz, and Microsoft Teams.
We are seeking a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated commitment to maintaining standards and adhering to guidelines, and the ability to adapt and respond positively to change. You will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment and delivering high-quality customer service.
