The Role
We are looking for Waitstaff who are able to work well in a fast paced environment and values being part of a supportive team while taking the greatest of care in looking after our guests.
· Have a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, daily specials and dietary requirements guidelines
· Identify and ensure that all guests wants and needs are meet and exceed expectations
· Be responsible of cash and credit card payments are attained and approved
· Collaborate closely with other team members
· Ensure opening and closing tasks and duties are completed satisfactory
· Attractive tips
This is a casual position. Casual pay starts at $32.18 per hour.
Requirements
· 1 year experience as Waitstaff
· Valid Australian working rights
· Fluent English
· Excellent communication skills
· Positive can-do attitude
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Clean and well presented and attention to detail
· A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork
· Valid NSW RSA
· Late afternoon/evenings and weekends availability
