About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Lodge Housekeepers to oversee the day-to-day management and cleaning of a 12-bedroom tourist lodge. This role combines operational oversight with high-quality housekeeping to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lodge Management:
· Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs between 9am to 3pm
· Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
· Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
· Overall maintenance of the lodge (rooms, common areas and garden)
Cleaning & Housekeeping:
· Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard
· Change linen and restock guest amenities
· Conduct routine property inspections
· Prepare rooms in line with booking schedules
Requirements:
· Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or lodge management preferred
· Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
