THE ROLE
Collaborate with the our Head Chef who has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry working in venue's such as Rockpool, long grain and multiple venue 5 star hotels. Join our culinary team to develop and execute innovative menu concepts that reflect our culinary vision and showcase seasonal ingredients.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with attention to detail, presentation, and flavour profiles.
Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation according to established standards.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and creativity among the culinary team.
Majority day time hours but must also be available in the future for nights. 2 days off a week.
SKILLS
- Strong communication skills
- Previous min 1-2 years' experience as a chef
- Food Safety certified.
- Must have a positive can-do attitude.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Highly relevant qualification is preferred
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work individually or as a team.
- Strong knife skills.
- Have the right to work in Australia.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
