VENUE SUPERVISOR
Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunity Available
Hecho En Mexico Adelaide is looking for a reliable and motivated Venue Supervisor to join our team.
We are currently seeking someone who can take responsibility for venue operations and lead our team. This is a great opportunity for the right person to grow within our business, with the potential for increased hours and progression into a bigger role.
Current Hours Available:
✅ Approximately 20 hours per week at the moment
✅ Monday & Tuesday – full day shifts (Opening to Closing)
✅ Additional shifts may become available
✅ Part-time opportunity with full-time potential for the right candidate
Requirements:
- Responsible Person (RP) badge required. If you do not currently hold an RP badge, you must be willing to obtain one for this role
- Previous hospitality supervisor experience preferred
- Must have some previous bar work experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised and able to take ownership
- Ability to manage opening and closing procedures
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and support the FOH team during service
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage daily shift operations and handovers
- Support staff training and development
- Ensure venue standards, cleanliness and compliance are maintained
