The Role:
Our North Parramatta, facility (NSW) is seeking casual Care Service Employees to work across AM, PM and Night shifts throughout the week.
The Care Service Employee provides high-quality, person-centred care to residents in accordance with individual care plans, organisational policies, the Aged Care Quality Standards, and relevant legislation. The role aims to promote residents' dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life within a safe and supportive environment.

Deliver personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, and oral hygiene.

Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and safe manual handling using approved equipment and techniques.

Support residents with eating, drinking, hydration, and nutritional needs.

Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily activities wherever possible.

Provide emotional support and companionship while respecting residents' individual preferences, cultural backgrounds, and choices.

Respond promptly to residents' call bells and requests for assistance.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.

Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care principles.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Sound observation and reporting skills.

Commitment to delivering compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain if required).

Current National Police Check.

Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations as required.

Current First Aid and CPR (desirable).
