We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III or Diploma qualified) to join our supportive and collaborative team in a part-time role (3 days per week). At Woodbine Road Preschool, we value strong relationships and a genuine sense of community, both within our team and across our wider network of families, local schools, and allied professionals. In this role, you will support the implementation of a high-quality, play-based program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), contribute to a safe and engaging learning environment, and build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will work as part of a team committed to fostering children’s development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging, while contributing to our strong community connections and partnerships. There is also the option to undertake additional overtime hours in 2026 (up to 6 hours per week on Thursdays during school terms) to support our School Readiness Program as an additional educator.
