Summit Services is seeking an experienced & motivated Operations Manager / Civil Supervisor to lead our civil operations, manage existing workloads, oversee our preventative programs & drive sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment & takes pride in delivering high-quality works safely, on time, & within budget.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan, schedule, & deliver civil construction projects from start to completion
· Oversee grounds maintenance & preventative maintenance programs
· Supervise site activities, subcontractors, & direct labour
· Program & manage preventative & future maintenance activities
· Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, & within budget
· Promote a strong safety culture & ensure compliance with WHS requirements
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, & internal stakeholders
· Manage project documentation, reporting, & quality control
· Identify opportunities for operational improvement & business growth
About You
· Proven experience in civil construction, ideally in a supervisory or management role
· Strong leadership & people-management skills
· Sound knowledge of civil works, maintenance programs, & project scheduling
· Strong understanding of WHS requirements & safe work practices
· Excellent communication & client-facing skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities
· Relevant trade qualification or civil construction qualification (preferred)
· Current driver’s license (essential)
