Reporting to the WHS Coordinator, you will provide support on WHS across your facilities, working closely with the National Safety Team and the facility Executive Team to foster a strong, proactive safety culture.
Key responsibilities include assisting with:

Embedding and maintaining the Ramsay safety management system, templates, and documentation.

Investigating incidents and implementing solutions to minimise future risks.

Conducting risk assessments, site audits, and workplace safety training.

Developing and maintaining effective safety practices.

Preparing safety performance reports for internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Holds or working towards Tertiary qualifications in WHS (Cert IV in WHS or above).

Experience in Work Health and Safety, preferably within the health industry or a large organisation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs

Full Australian work rights, a current Police Check & proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
What's on offer:
This is a permanent part-time position 35 hours a fortnight, reporting to the WHS Coordinator.
We offer a base annual salary of $85k - $90k ($39k- $41k pro rata) + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
