Key Responsibilities:

Define & Identify Project Scope: Collaborate with clients to understand and outline project requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deliverables.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and propose project schedules, ensuring alignment with the project brief.
- Design Process Participation: Work closely with design teams to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
- Technical Advisory: Provide technical advice during project design and development to mitigate risks.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Problem Solving & Execution: Build strong working relationships, solve problems efficiently, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Pre-Tender Review: Evaluate project specifications, schedules, cost-saving measures, and potential issues during the pre-tender stage.
- Timeline & Quality Management: Oversee project timelines, ensure adherence to quality standards, and regularly report on project status.
- Meeting Facilitation: Co-chair meetings with consultants and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other roles and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Task Requirements:

Manage the project’s head contractor and ensure effective supervision.
- Participate in design consultant and coordination meetings.
- Navigate planning approval pathways and recommend suitable approaches.
- Engage in contract negotiations as needed.
- Supervise projects to ensure program certainty and timely completion.
- Proactively anticipate, analyze, and minimize project risks.
- Ensure smooth project closeout and handover to stakeholders.
- Address defects during the defects liability period.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Project Management or Construction Management.
- 7-10 years of local experience in project management or site supervision.
- Proficiency in project management programs and processes.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Competency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Preferred proficiency in MS Project.
- Strong ability to set and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong contract negotiation abilities.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal hours as required by project demands.
