About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care alongside our experienced team of GPs, nurses and support staff.
The position will require someone who is willing to work a mixture of weekday & evening shifts including occasional weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Immunisations and vaccinations
Chronic disease management
Health assessments and care plans
Wound care and dressings
ECGs, spirometry
Assisting with minor procedures
Infection prevention
Cold chain management
Patient assessment and care
Patient education and health promotion
Stock and vaccine management
Maintaining accurate clinical records
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Experience in general practice (preferred but not essential)
Immunisation certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for providing exceptional patient care
