As a Principal HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this transformation. Working closely with Executives and Senior Leaders, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping to align workforce and people strategies with organisational objectives. At the same time, you will provide leadership and oversight across key operational HR activities, ensuring workforce solutions are practical, timely and deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience delivering customer-focused HR and workforce services, balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence.
Strong business and workforce acumen, with the ability to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective people solutions.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation.
Experience providing expert advice across a broad range of workforce matters, including workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, performance, capability, and talent management.
Strong consulting and problem-solving capability, with the ability to develop tailored, innovative, and practical workforce solutions in complex environments.
Experience coaching and supporting leaders to navigate workforce challenges, build capability and achieve business outcomes.
A commitment to continuous improvement, using data, insights, and feedback to enhance HR service delivery and organisational effectiveness.
