Hunter & Barrel Raine Square are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef to become part of our professional, vibrant and hard-working kitchen team. Hunter & Barrel celebrates quality meat and produce, cooked expertly over our signature coal grill and rotisserie.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience working in a similar high volume, fast paced restaurant environment
- Experience cooking over a char-grill an advantage
- Ability to work hot and pan section within a kitchen
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast paced environment ensuring high attention to detail
- Effective in time management
- The passion for hospitality and the production of high quality dishes
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
- A relevant Diploma qualification AND/OR at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
