Marble Korean Steakhouse is Australia’s first elevated Korean steakhouse — a refined yet fiery dining experience celebrating premium Wagyu, authentic Korean flavours, and the art of cooking over flame.
We’re looking for skilled and passionate cooks to join our kitchen team. You’ll work alongside talented chefs preparing premium meats, traditional Korean stews, and vegetable side dishes, while helping us deliver an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.
Kitchen Operations
- Prepare and cook Korean BBQ dishes, meats, soups, and sides to the highest standard (no prior Korean Cuisine necessary)
- Maintain efficiency, minimise waste, and assist with inventory control.
Food Quality & Safety
- Ensure all dishes meet Marble’s standards for taste, presentation, and authenticity.
- Follow all food handling and sanitation regulations with precision.
Teamwork & Creativity
- Work closely with our chefs and front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements, seasonal dishes, and special promotions.
