The Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) is an independent statutory body established under the Health Care Complaints Act 1993.
The Commission plays a key role in ensuring the community is safe and confident in the quality of health services in NSW through the independent and effective management of complaints and regulatory action.

The Information Management Officer is responsible for the effective management and continuous improvement of information and records management practices across the Commission.
The role leads the development and implementation of information management frameworks, systems and processes to ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements, including the State Records Act 1998 (NSW) and NSW Government cyber security obligations.
