Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, managing client relationships, marketing properties, conducting inspections, and assisting with property transactions. This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused professional seeking to build a successful career in the Australian real estate industry. The Sales Associate works closely with senior agents to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and database management.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and maintain regular follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
- Attend community and networking events to promote company services.
- Support business development initiatives to increase market share.
2. Property Sales Support
- Assist in property appraisals and listing presentations.
- Coordinate and conduct open homes, inspections, and buyer appointments.
- Provide property information and market insights to prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing offers, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Support negotiations between buyers and sellers under the guidance of senior agents.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, and prospects.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Gather and communicate client feedback following inspections and open homes.
4. Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and property advertisements.
- Coordinate photography, videography, floor plans, and online listings.
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities as required.
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with company branding standards.
5. Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and sales databases.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Australian real estate regulations and company policies.
- Assist with contract administration and transaction coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
