Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP Material Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) solutions. The role will be responsible for analysing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, supporting procurement and warehouse processes, and providing ongoing system support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory, and warehouse management processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend SAP MM/WM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Configure and support SAP MM and WM modules, including purchasing, inventory management, goods movements, warehouse structures, putaway, and picking processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement custom SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
- Support integration between SAP MM/WM and other SAP modules such as SD, PP, QM, PM, and FI/CO.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, system defects, and interface errors.
- Monitor and support IDoc, EDI, and third-party system integrations.
- Act as the key liaison between business users, project teams, and technical teams.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support.
- Participate in change management, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of SAP MM/WM functional consulting experience.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Expertise in procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics processes.
- Experience in SAP configuration, business process analysis, solution design, and testing.
- Knowledge of IDocs, EDI integrations, and SAP interfaces.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Certification.
- Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, retail, or FMCG industries.
- SAP Activate or project delivery experience.
Pay: Up to $170,000.00 per year
