The Opportunity
As Senior Policy and Program Officer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of policies and practice relating to at risk children and young people in care, and individual and family support. The role responsibilities include:
- maintaining an expert awareness of relevant issues and trends within the State, nationally and internationally,
- Project Managing key Reform initiatives,
- contributing to research, implementation and the evaluation of key strategies as well as Policy and Planning frameworks,
- contributing to the planning and evaluation functions of the Directorate, and
- providing advice and reports that contribute to the overall management of the Directorate.
