The Maintenance Transformation Manager leads a time ‑ bound program to modernise Crown Perth ’ s maintenance operating model — simplifying processes, embedding IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9.1), and lifting preventative maintenance (PM) maturity.
The role is accountable for end ‑ to ‑ end change delivery: mapping and redesigning workflows, formalising SOPs/WPIs and standards, driving CMMS adoption (desktop and mobile), and establishing sustainable governance and metrics.
Please note this is a 24 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities:
Define scope, roadmap, milestones and RACI for the maintenance transformation, aligned to the MAS 9.1 rollout and local operational priorities.
Orchestrate the integration of asset/PM data stewardship (Data & Asset Manager), controlled technical records (Senior Document Controller), and M365 collaboration/automation.
Codify standards in SOPs/WPIs and quick‑reference job aids; align with Crown document templates and controls.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Maintenance Managers, Coordinators, Help Desk/Workplace Systems, Finance, Procurement and the MAS implementation partner.
Define and publish a standard KPI pack (PM compliance, backlog, schedule adherence, cost‑to‑serve, MTBF/MTTR, contractor performance) with Finance alignment.
About you
8+ years in maintenance/engineering environments with 3+ years leading CMMS‑enabled change (Maximo strongly preferred).
Demonstrated delivery of process redesign, SOP/WPI uplift, and document‑control integration.
Proven stakeholder leadership across trades, supervisors, planners/coordinators, and senior managers; experience working with implementation partners.
