We are seeking a flexible and collaborative teacher to support our secondary Montessori program. This role is particularly suited to a primary-trained teacher or a teacher experienced across multiple learning areas.
The successful applicant will:
Support students across a range of curriculum areas and year levels.
Plan and deliver differentiated, interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Facilitate independent learning while providing clear structure and guidance.
Build strong relationships and respond to students' individual learning and wellbeing needs.
Work collaboratively with the Montessori team to monitor student engagement, progress and transitions.
Montessori training or experience is desirable but not essential; professional learning and support can be provided.
