If you’re a hospitality pro who loves coaching a team and can move seamlessly from the espresso machine to the cocktail station, we’d love to meet you.
The Gig
As our Bar Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, making sure our drinks and vibes are always spot-on. You will:
- Own the Shift: Run exceptional bar services, keeping the team motivated and the floor flowing beautifully.
- Support the Crew: Cheer on our bartenders and baristas, sharing your skills to help everyone shine.
- Showcase Your Craft: Take pride in serving top-tier specialty coffee and cocktails from morning to night.
- Keep it Beautiful: Oversee the daily workflow, manage stock rotation, and ensure the bar is always sparkling and organized.
About You
You’re a warm, skilled hospitality professional who thrives in a bustling, friendly restaurant environment. Stellar coffee and cocktail experience is a must! Ideally, you bring:
- Solid experience in high-volume venues, with a genuine passion for great drinks and hospitality.
- A positive, uplifting energy and a natural ability to guide and support others.
- A sharp eye for detail and a current NSW RSA competency card.
