Auto Flex Solutions Pty Ltd is a growing automotive repair and maintenance business located in Tullamarine, Victoria. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in motor vehicles.
- Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake system repairs.
- Test and inspect vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify vehicle issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant qualification equivalent to an Australian Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or higher.
- At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's licence.
Salary:
Annual salary between $75,000 and $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
