Spend your summer working on real employment tax challenges that impact organisations across Australia. You'll work alongside specialists who are helping organisations navigate complex regulatory environments, giving you practical experience and insight into a career that combines tax, technology, analytics and consulting.
What will your typical day look like?
Over the course of your internship, you'll work alongside employment tax specialists, gaining exposure to client projects that help organisations manage compliance obligations and improve processes through technology, automation and data-driven insights.
As a Vacationer in the Global Employer Services team, you'll:
Research employment tax issues and support client work relating to payroll, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and fringe benefits tax.
Assist with projects involving tax technology, automation and analytics tools that help clients improve reporting and compliance processes.
Collaborate with experienced practitioners across Deloitte and gain exposure to complex workforce, tax and regulatory challenges.
You won't be expected to know everything from day one. You'll be supported through structured onboarding, feedback and collaboration.
As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll take part in a paid summer internship offering real client exposure, project work, and structured onboarding. You'll have a dedicated buddy, access to networking and social events, and the opportunity to be considered for an early graduate offer.
