About the Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic Wait Staff to deliver attentive, high quality service on the floor, joining the team behind a new landmark venue within Powerhouse Parramatta.
About the Role
You will work flexibly across our floor, bar and café areas, adapting to the needs of each shift while maintaining a consistently high standard of guest service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive table and bar service across the restaurant and bar
- Supporting café service, including counter, floor and beverage duties
- Assisting with setup, service and pack down across different sections as required
- Building rapport with guests and delivering a warm, professional experience
- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and stock levels across work areas
- Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar, café and management teams
About You
You are an adaptable hospitality professional who enjoys variety and thrives across different roles and environments.
You bring:
- Previous experience in bar, wait or café service (or a combination)
- A flexible, can do attitude and willingness to work across multiple areas
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest experience
- The ability to stay organised and composed during busy periods
- Availability across a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
- Enthusiasm for being part of a high profile new opening

Pay: $27.08 – $47.39 per hour
