About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care while supporting residents' clinical needs.
Your responsibilities may include:
Delivering high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
Administering medications and treatments
Coordinating, implementing and reviewing care plans
Monitoring residents' health and responding to clinical changes
Providing leadership and guidance to care staff
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for residents
What You'll Need
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience working in Aged Care
Current National Police Clearance
Current CPR/BLS Certificate
Current Flu Vaccination
Excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
