We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our busy vehicle body workshop.
This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
About the Role:You will be working across a range of tasks including fabrication, welding, and light mechanical work on vehicle bodies, including the manufacturing of key components to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Metal fabrication and general workshop duties
- MIG welding (minimum 2 years experience required)
- Manufacturing items to a high standard, including:
- Sub-floor frames
- Rear door frames
- Insulated and non-insulated truck doors
- 12V wiring (desirable)
- Light mechanical work
- Working to tight tolerances
- Maintaining high attention to detail
About You:
- Minimum 2 years experience in metal fabrication/welding
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test
