We are a well-established structural steel fabrication and installation company based in Dandenong. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise structural steel installation works on site
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Liaise with clients, builders, subcontractors and internal teams
- Lead and supervise installation crews
- Assist with planning lifting operations (crane operation training can be provided)
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project requirements
- Monitor project progress and report to management
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising structural steel or construction projects
- Experience in structural steel installation is highly preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, responsible and able to work under pressure
- White Card (essential)
- Working with Children Check, Working at Heights ticket, HR Licence, rigging, dogging or Crane Licence will be highly regarded
