A role you will love
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will work as an integral part of a team responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in managing inventory, handling and moving goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.
This position operates on a Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm shift, offering a consistent schedule within a fast-paced production and fulfilment environment.
You will be working in an environment where maintaining a high level of discipline, accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Following established processes and quality control standards is a core part of the role, ensuring we consistently meet client expectations, service standards and operational KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock and materials.
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for production and dispatch.
- Performing stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Operating warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
- Ensuring warehouse areas are clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production and customer requirements.
