About the Role:
Pyramids Bayside Centre is seeking reliable, honest, and hardworking individuals to join our team on a contract basis. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and contribute positively to a professional and friendly workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the workplace.
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Represent the business professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented and professional attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
