About the role
We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Promotions & Experience Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role leading key client relationships and delivering integrated campaigns across promotions, competitions, activations and experiential. You'll act as a senior day-to-day client lead, ensuring operational excellence while identifying opportunities to grow and evolve our offering. As a natural leader, you'll oversee campaign delivery across multiple workstreams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across agencies, partners and suppliers to bring culturally connected ideas to life.
What you will be doing
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with senior clients, agency teams and partners
- Leading strategic campaign responses and delivering integrated solutions across promotions, activations and experiential
- Managing end-to-end campaign delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets and compliance
- Driving operational excellence across all campaign workstreams, including risk management and troubleshooting
- Leading campaign reporting, reconciliation and post-campaign analysis with clear insights and recommendations Identifying opportunities to grow client investment and expand campaign impact
- Collaborating across teams and partners to deliver integrated, cross-channel solutions
- Contributing to new business opportunities, pitches and proactive client growth initiatives
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement across processes, systems and campaign delivery
- Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
- Supporting workflow planning, resourcing and team development
What you'll need to bring
- Strong experience across promotions, competitions and integrated campaign delivery
- Understanding of Australian promotional compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience delivering activations, experiential campaigns and audience engagement initiatives
- Proven ability to lead senior client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and forecasting
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong leadership capability with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimisation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel essential)
- Experience with promotions or CRM platforms is advantageous
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for culture, entertainment, sport or audience engagement
