Responsibilities include:
- Converting display home visitors and enquiries into new home sales contracts
- Creating tailored home and land package solutions
- Building strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
- Maintaining knowledge of home designs, estates and land availability
- Generating referral opportunities and providing exceptional customer service
