In this role, you'll:
- Safely operate MR or HR trucks, including towing trailers and operating a HIAB or similar truck-mounted crane.
- Safely load, secure and transport materials and equipment.
- Undertake roadwork, labouring and manual tasks as required, including operating hand tools and small plant.
- Complete vehicle safety checks, basic maintenance and required records.
- Support traffic control activities and help maintain a safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
- Follow WHS, environmental and operational procedures.
- Work a 9-day fortnight, 7:00am–4:00pm, with every second Monday off.

About you
You’re a safety-focused and reliable truck driver who enjoys working as part of a team and isn’t afraid to get involved in hands-on roadwork.
You’ll have experience operating trucks and working in a transport, construction or road maintenance environment. You’ll be comfortable working outdoors, following procedures and working safely in a high-traffic environment.
MR Truck Driver: You’ll hold an MR licence and have the ability to undertake roadwork and labouring duties.
HR Truck Driver: You’ll hold an HR licence and have experience operating heavy rigid trucks, including vehicles fitted with hydraulic tipping gear.
Essential requirements:
- Current Australian MR or HR licence, depending on the position.
- Current Construction Industry White Card.
- Current unrestricted NSW driver licence.
- Willingness to obtain any required traffic control, training, licences or tickets.
- Must reside within 100 km of Dubbo.
