About Job Duties:
- Welcome clients and handle front-desk enquiries
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Send document checklists and follow up with students
- Update student files, records and tracking sheets
- Assist the team with daily office and client-service operations

- Professional, reliable and well-organised
- Good with communication and client service
- Accurate with data entry and document handling
- Confident using MS Office / Excel
- Willing to learn education and migration processes
