Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to help you grow into a confident, capable nurse. You’ll gain exposure across acute and sub-acute settings through a range of clinical rotations
Opportunities include specialty streams such as cardiac, mental health, oncology, palliative care and emergency, or a dedicated 12-month perioperative rotation
Many of our graduates choose to continue their careers with us beyond the program

What We Offer
Part-Time position (0.8 FTE – 30.4 hours per week) Balancing personal and work life. Except 32 hours per week in Malvern Perioperative Suite
Ongoing, permanent employment contracts: Stability and security in your career
Clinical rotations will be either at Malvern and Brighton campuses or Elsternwick for mental health
Exceptional bedside educational support: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals
Development and networking events: Grow your professional network and skills
Application Requirements
Curriculum vitae (CV): Include details of each clinical placement (length, month, year, facility, ward, case mix, and length of placement)
Academic transcript: Most recent certified copy, including the grading legend/key page
Two most recent acute clinical placement assessment reports. If requesting a mental health rotation, please proved a clinical assessment report from a mental health setting
Professional references: Two referees, with at least one from your most recent clinical placement. Include full name, title, phone number, and email address
Passport-size headshot photo
Copy of your visa if applicable and passport
