An exciting opportunity to support Freight operations for our Transport division. The role is essential to maintaining daily hub capacity and ensuring freight flows through the network without delay - providing strategic direction and excellence in operations, customer satisfaction and employee welfare.
- Ensure scanning compliance and ageing reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong stock control through adherence to governance processes.
- Manage booking and non‑booking freight exceptions effectively.
- Support the resolution of lost‑in‑transit consignments.
- Drive HUB ecosystem standards, operational consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support critical safety obligations, including hazard management and Behaviour‑Based Safety (BBS) compliance.
- Deliver training to key operational team members on root‑cause identification and best‑practice procedures.
- 3-years' experience in Freight operations
- Be a strong and effective communicator with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal & external stakeholders
- High-level verbal communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and motivated self starter
- Advanced MS Office; specifically Excel and Power Point
