We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Food & Beverage All-Rounder Couple or Team to join our park operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to a couple or team who enjoy variety, take pride in delivering great customer service, and are willing to assist across multiple departments when required.
Working within our Café, Bar, and Kitchen operations, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting the broader day-to-day operations of the park.
As part of the Food & Beverage team, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking meals in line with the park menu.
- Assisting with menu development and food presentation.
- Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and licensing standards.
- Managing stock ordering, stock rotation, and stocktakes.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, café, bar, equipment, and work areas.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to guests.
- Assisting with daily café and bar operations.
- Reporting maintenance issues and supporting the overall operation of the park.
This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist across other departments when required, including:
- Housekeeping and accommodation presentation.
- Cleaning amenities and shared facilities.
- Grounds and general park maintenance.
- Front office, kiosk, and guest service support.
