Bluegrass BBQ at Eatons Hill is looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen / Prep Hand to join our team.
Having proudly served our community for over seven years, Bluegrass BBQ has built a reputation for delivering great food, genuine hospitality, and a supportive team culture. We're now looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and wants to be part of a fast-paced kitchen.
This is a permanent part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, with a combination of day and evening shifts across a seven-day rotating roster.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A good understanding of kitchen operations.
- Basic knife skills and experience with food preparation.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation while supporting the kitchen team.
