In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the development and management of small to medium traffic and safety based capital infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, cost, quality and program requirements.
This role will see you lead the development and coordination of infrastructure project solutions, manage project financials and reporting, shape strategic, concept and detailed designs, engage internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to improved project management, safety, environmental outcomes and team capability.
You will lead the delivery of effective and high quality project outcomes in a complex, highly constrained road environment with competing priorities, tight timeframes and multiple stakeholders.

About you
Your strong project management skills, technical capability in infrastructure development, stakeholder engagement strengths and problem solving abilities formed across infrastructure project planning, , traffic and safety based project development, and complex project delivery environments will see you excel in leading multiple concurrent projects, overcome constraints relating to road environments and project governance, and bring disciplined project management practices to lead to integrated, customer focused and compliant project outcomes.
You’re recognized as an effective communicator and influencer, confident in evidence and risk based decision making, skilled at translating technical information, negotiating outcomes and managing project documentation, experienced in developing low cost and high benefit infrastructure projects in constrained urban settings, collaborating across teams, and applying project management frameworks in complex environments.
