About the Role
As a Retail Team Member / Barista, you'll help create an outstanding customer experience by:
- Preparing quality coffee and beverages
- Serving our delicious donuts and other products
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
- Operating the POS and handling transactions
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and well-presented
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working closely with your team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual, and enjoys working in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take initiative
Previous retail, hospitality, or barista experience is an advantage, but it's your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn that matter most.
Availability – Essential Requirement
To be considered for this role, you'll need to be available to work opening shifts from 5:45 AM and/or closing shifts finishing as late as 12:30 AM, Monday to Sunday, as required.
This role has been created to support our current roster, so flexibility is essential. The more flexible your availability, the more opportunities you'll have to work across our roster.
