Qualified Metal Fabricator / Welder – Full Time

Pro-Mech Engineering is looking for a qualified Metal Fabricator/Welder to join our team in Leeton on a full-time basis.
We carry out a wide variety of fabrication, installation, repair and maintenance work.
This is not a repetitive workshop-only role. The position includes a mixture of work in our Leeton workshop and onsite with customers.
We work throughout Leeton, Griffith and surrounding areas, however we also undertake projects in locations across VIC and NSW including Goulburn, Sydney and Melbourne.
About the role
Your work will include:
- Welding and general metal fabrication
- Stainless steel fabrication
- Site installation, repairs and maintenance
- Reading and working from drawings
- General workshop fabrication
- Working independently and as part of our team
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Metal Fabricator, Boilermaker or similar
- Has strong welding and fabrication skills
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Can work independently under minimal instruction
- Is reliable and works well as part of a team
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Is willing and able to travel and work away from home when required
Travel and overnight work is an essential part of this position. Applicants must be comfortable travelling for projects.
