Join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team on an 8-12 week max-term contract and make an immediate impact during a period of peak recruitment activity. Ideal for an experienced recruiter seeking a short-term opportunity, this role would suit working holiday visa holders and candidates on other temporary visas who are immediately available and able to work full-time hours. Based in our Sydney CBD office with hybrid working flexibility, you'll join an experienced Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, partnering with hiring leaders across the business to deliver positive recruitment outcomes.

About The Role
As a Volume Talent Partner, you'll provide hands-on recruitment support across Healius' largest workforce groups during a busy period of hiring activity. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and talent pipelining initiatives to help us attract and secure great talent.
Key responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment activities across high-volume roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment guidance

Source and engage talent through a variety of channels, building strong candidate pipelines

Conduct candidate screening, interviews and candidate assessments

Manage candidate communications, offers and pre-employment checks

Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring demand

Provide flexible recruitment support across the Talent Acquisition team during periods of peak demand

Leverage recruitment technology and CRM tools to enhance recruitment outcomes and candidate experience

Monitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within CRM systems
About You
We're seeking an experienced recruiter with the capability to manage end-to-end high-volume, fast-paced recruitment. You'll be comfortable working autonomously while also confident building strong working relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience

2+ years previous high-volume recruitment experience in any industry

Experience managing recruitment for 40+ job vacancies at any one time

Experience recruiting in healthcare would be advantageous but not essential
