About the opportunity
Provide quality, person-centred Physiotherapy clinical care and leadership in the acute musculoskeletal physiotherapy outpatient department as well as supporting clinics, acute inpatients, ED and weekend rosters as required.

Permanent Grade 2, (1.0 EFT) Physiotherapist
Provides quality, person-centred physiotherapy clinical care to the allocated clinical caseload, ensuring a holistic and multidisciplinary team approach.
Supports and supervises grade 1 physiotherapists and students
Supportive and friendly physiotherapy and multidisciplinary team at Werribee Mercy Hospital
What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:
AHPRA-recognised Physiotherapy degree with full, unlimited AHPRA physiotherapy registration
Minimum 2 years broad and relevant clinical physiotherapy experience ideally in an acute hospital setting
Excellent, well-developed and evidence-based clinical skills in musculoskeletal clinical care including in an acute outpatient setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated strong time management and organisational skills to manage well in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
Experience in direct supervision of junior staff and students
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
