About the Role
This is a full-time outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, is passionate about gardens, and works well within a small team environment.
You will work across a variety of premium residential properties and be involved in all aspects of garden maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Trimming and shaping plants
- Operating petrol tools such as hedge trimmers and leaf blowers
- Planting, mulching and fertilising
- Regular plant and soil health checks
- Basic irrigation and garden lighting maintenance
- Working efficiently within a team
- Liaising with clients when required
- Maintaining high standards across all sites
Requirements
- Previous gardening, landscaping or horticulture experience is a must
- Passion for gardens and plants
- Strong initiative and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (preferred)
- Applicants must currently reside in Australia and intend to remain for at least 2/3 years
