About The Role
Reporting to the Branch Support Team Leader, the Receptionist will be responsible for efficiently managing our front desk operations and be the first point of contact and the friendly face to our visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all visitors and attend to their needs in a professional and timely manner.

Manage and coordinate the maintenance and presentation of all meeting rooms.

Organise and distribute all incoming and outgoing office mail, including courier bookings and management.

Ensure all general office stationery and amenities stock is maintained at sufficient levels and ordered as required.

Provide administrative support to the Branch Coordinator and various departments, assisting with branch requirements, events, facilities and general administrative tasks as required.

Assist with company event planning, coordination and organisation.

Coordinate and maintain the company intranet, spreadsheets and other administrative records, ensuring information is kept current, accurate and up to date.

Perform ad hoc tasks as required, including catering, filing, data entry and other general administrative duties.
About You
-
A minimum of 2 years’ Customer Service/Concierge Reception experience a similar role required within a professional services office environment

An excellent understanding of the importance of front of office presentation and guest experience

Polished personal presentation is required

Intermediate to Advanced in MS Office & MS Excel
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent eye for detail

You understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in every interaction

Displays a professional, mature and friendly presentation with exceptional customer service skills.

Strong time management and organisational skills to effectively monitor the reception area at all times
