What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Line Supervisor to join our packhouse operations at Curlwaa. This is a hands-on supervisory role working within a fast-paced fresh produce environment, initially as a casual opportunity with real potential to transition into a permanent position someone who demonstrates the right capability and commitment.
This role operates across rotating shifts including nights and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Above-award wages are on offer reflecting your experience and the role responsibility level.
What you’ll do:

Oversee daily packhouse line operations, ensuring fruit is graded, packed and dispatched in line with quality and customer specifications

Monitor line performance, labour allocation and throughput to keep production running efficiently and minimise downtime

Lead, coach and support a team of line workers through setting expectations, maintaining engagement and ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time

Conduct quality checks throughout the process, identifying defects, managing rejects and escalating any issues impacting product standards

Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor, coordinating with maintenance, QA and logistics teams to resolve problems quickly and keep lines moving.
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience supervising staff in a production or packhouse environment

Fresh produce background, with citrus experience highly regarded

Sharp attention to detail - you'll notice what others miss

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
